Attorney Template Review

Florida-licensed counsel with substantial estate planning experience reviews WillAgent's Florida template set. We do not publish the reviewer's name or Florida Bar number on this page under our current reviewer agreement (anonymized public disclosure).

That agreement covers marketing and public web pages. It does not change what you receive in-product: badges and FAQs still describe "Florida-licensed attorney reviewed templates" at a high level, consistent with the Disclosure page.

The review focuses on the shared template logic used to produce your documents: alignment with selected Florida statutes (including common chapters used in our Complete plan), cross-document consistency, and execution-path assumptions that match how the product operates (for example, Remote Online Notarization and qualified custodian language where applicable).

• Multi-round pass over the five core Florida documents in the Complete package
• Checklist-style coverage of statutory checkpoints (120+ items tracked internally)
• Written review notes retained for quality and regulatory purposes

• Your specific financial situation, tax posture, or family dynamics
• Each user's filled-in PDF as a personal legal opinion
• Whether a court or third party will accept a document in a future dispute

If you need a sign-off on your facts, hire counsel: we publish this boundary so expectations stay accurate.

A written template review summary may be maintained for regulatory and quality purposes. It is not reproduced on this page, is not a consumer-facing legal opinion about your matter, and does not create an attorney-client relationship with you.

Publishing a named opinion letter on the web would require a separate agreement with the reviewer. Unless and until that changes, this page stays anonymized.
