Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us at support@mywillagent.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. After a Remote Online Notarization (RON) session, refunds are handled case-by-case. Third-party notarization fees are non-refundable. Notarization Services:

Proof (formerly Notarize, Inc.) provides Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. WillAgent facilitates the connection but the notarization is performed by independent notaries licensed in your state through the Proof platform.

Affiliate Relationships:

WillAgent may have affiliate or referral relationships with other companies. When we recommend third-party services, we will clearly disclose any financial relationship.
