Third-Party Services:
Refund Policy:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our document preparation service. Before your notarization session, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. We recommend reviewing your documents thoroughly before scheduling your notarization session. Contact us at support@mywillagent.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Once your documents have been notarized, the service is considered fully delivered and refunds are not available. If a document defect is caused by an error in our software, we will correct the documents and provide a new notarization session at no charge. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Notarization Services:
OneNotary (Adorum, Inc.) provides Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. WillAgent facilitates the connection but the notarization is performed by independent notaries licensed in your state through the OneNotary platform. During your RON session, OneNotary captures audio-video recordings, facial identity verification, and government-issued ID scans as required by state law. Session recordings are retained for a minimum of 10 years per Florida Statute §117.245. OneNotary's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your notarization session.
Affiliate Relationships:
WillAgent participates in affiliate and referral programs. This means that if you click on certain links to third-party services and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We will always clearly identify specific affiliate links where they appear.
