Our Commitment
Will Agent, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Minimum 44px touch targets for all interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- ARIA labels for icons and interactive components
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party content or features may have limitations beyond our direct control, including our Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions which are provided by OneNotary (Adorum, Inc.).
